How SELVANUI collects and uses personal data, and your rights.
This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit selvanui.com or buy from us, why we use it, who we share it with and your rights.
Who is responsible
The controller of your personal data is ADAMIK FASHION LIMITED (trading as SELVANUI), 15 Chessington Green, Burnley, BB10 2RL, United Kingdom. Contact: support@selvanui.com.
What we collect
- Order data: name, delivery and billing address, email address, phone number if you give it, the pieces, colours and sizes you order, and payment status. We do not receive or store your full card details.
- Account data: if you create an account, your login email and a hashed password, and your order history.
- Messages: what you send us by email, telephone, the contact form or the online withdrawal form.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and the pages requested, kept in server logs for security; and your delivery country, worked out once from your IP address to show prices in your currency.

We do not send marketing emails, and we do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
Who we share it with
- Our website host, which stores the site and its database.
- Payment providers, which process your payment and screen it for fraud as independent controllers or processors under their own terms.
- Delivery carriers, which receive your name, address and, where needed, phone number and email for delivery updates and customs.
- Our email provider, to send order and service emails.
- Professional advisers and authorities, where the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal data.
International transfers
Some providers process data outside the UK and the EEA, for example in the United States. Where they do, transfers are protected by an adequacy decision or by standard contractual clauses (with the UK addendum).
How long we keep it
Order and accounting records are kept for six years after the end of the financial year they relate to, as UK tax law requires. Messages are kept for up to two years after the matter is closed. Accounts are kept until you ask us to close them. Server logs are kept for up to 30 days.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict or object to its use, and receive it in a portable format. Email support@selvanui.com; we reply within one month. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk) or, if you live in the EU, to the data protection authority in your country — for example the Datatilsynet in Denmark or the authority of your federal state in Germany.
